Every developer test the codes that he writes but still software doesn’t move to production unless tested by Testers, hence the seat of Tester will always be available next to Developer.
Most of the fresh graduates who study IT as Major are targeting the developers jobs, even some of them before they finish graduation, try to be hired by software houses as interns. But its also a fact that software houses don,t hire fresh graduates so easy, but there is another field called software testing where selection is not that difficult if you are an IT graduate and have some understanding of coding.
