Key Responsibility:
– Work closely with various IT teams, such as site IT, IT infrastructure, IT security to understand disaster recovery requirement
-responsible for IT disaster recovery (DR) plan creation, maintenance and DR exercise
-Identify improvements on the disaster recovery plan, process, tools, documentations etc. It is to continuous upkeep to ensure it aligns with latest social, environmental changes, which balance between practical adoption, investment and risks;
-participate in DR activity to restore IT service in case of a disaster
-Ensure that processes comply with IT governance policy and process.
-Ensure all personnel with specific IT service continuity responsibilities are adequately trained to fulfil their assigned responsibilities
-Responsible for conducting IT infrastructure assessment and managing gap remediation
-Responsible for IT software and hardware lifecycle management
Job requirements:
1. A bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or related field
2. Hands-on experience on IT service continuity
3. Master the methods of IT disaster recovery framework
4. 1-3 years work experience in IT support and service territory, Experience in manufacturing industry is strongly preferred
5. Excellent verbal communication
6. Effective presentation skills (presentations, reports, emails etc.).
7. Understanding of International BCM standards ISO
8. Fluent English and Mandarin is a must; Experience with communicating with leadership and executives is a definite advantage
9. Have experience in IT assessment is an advantage
10. Have experience in IT lifecycle management is an advantage
11. Plan and perform work in accordance with users’ requirements and team’s standards
12. Open minded, agile with change and practical.
